Refund Policy

Cancel anytime, no lock-in
Tradee is a monthly subscription with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
14-day free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, your dashboard access will be restricted — but your data stays safe and you can subscribe and reactivate anytime within 30 days.
Refunds
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- First 14 days of a paid subscription:if Tradee isn't working for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
- Service failure:if Tradee experiences a prolonged outage that prevents you from using the service (more than 24 hours in a month), we'll credit your next invoice pro-rata or refund the affected period.
- Billing errors:if you've been charged incorrectly, we'll refund the error within 7 business days.
What we don't refund
- Partial months after your cancellation takes effect (e.g. cancelling 15 days into a 30-day period — you still get the full 30 days).
- Call overages or add-ons that have already been used.
- Refunds requested more than 14 days after payment (except for the service-failure cases above).
How to request a refund
Email andrew@tradee.io with your account email and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for major failures and compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage.
